So this is pretty neat. There’s an Instagram page for different fruits that have been subjected to an MRI scan in order to reveal the internal structure of the object. MRI’s use highly powerful magnets and radio waves to create detailed pictures of internal structures. It’s typically used for scanning the inside of the human body, but as can be seen here is useful for understanding the structures of other objects as well.
